What are we looking for…
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate people to join our Sales and Service Team across our head office call centre and our modern Central branch. You must have 2-3 years experience in banking and finance, working in an environment where you thrive on sales targets and KPIs.
We’re all about People Driven Banking! We are looking for dedicated, Member and Customer focussed individuals, who will genuinely look to make an impact on both our members and our business each and every work day!
What will you do?
You’re in charge of helping our members and building quality long term relationships to remove the financial stress from the lives of people in the Rail, Transport and Logistics industries. You’ll achieve this by understanding their individual needs and providing information on our award winning everyday banking products and services (including personal loans, savings products and insurance, and providing technology assistance to our members such as MOVE’s mobile applications, internet banking, etc). All this is backed up by exceptional personalised service, through both our call centre and direct face to face channels.
- engage with our members to assist with day to day enquiries such as internet banking, transfers, opening accounts, term deposits, visa card support and much more!
- selling our award winning products using solutions based selling techniques
- conduct quality conversations with members to uncover their savings, insurance and personal lending needs
- you’ll be responsible for ensuring you are performing against the team and your individual target
- consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
- help out your team and have fun!!!
